Q1. Are you a direct manufacturer and exporter from China?
A: Yes, we are. We are the local OEM & ODM manufacturer, have our own factory and International Trade Department.

Q2. Where is your factory?
A: Our factory locates in Yixing city, Jiangsu Province, China. It takes about 2 hours by speed train or 1.5 hours by car. Welcome to visit our factory anytime.

Q3: How do I purchase your goods?
A: Please send us inquiries via Alibaba, email or WhatsApp to tell us your requirements, we’ll reply you ASAP.

Q4: What should I provide if I want my own packaging or printing?
A: Usually you can provide us information either the three ways listed below:
1) sample can for us to copy.
2) layout or 3D drawing of the tin can or design
3) the size of the tin can.

Q5. How long is the lead time?
A: It takes about 15-20 days after sample confirmed and deposit received.

Q6. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before shipment. It also can be negotiated by the orders. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q7. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, express delivery for samples.

Q8. Can I check quality of goods before delivery?
A: Yes, either you or your company colleagues, or a third party is welcome to our factory to do the inspection before delivery.
