Q1. Are you a direct manufacturer and exporter from China?
A: Yes, we are. We are the local OEM & ODM manufacturer, have our own factory and International Trade Department.

Q2. Where is your factory?
A: Our factory locates in Yixing city, Jiangsu Province, China. It takes about 2 hours by speed train or 1.5 hours by car. Welcome to visit our factory anytime.

Q3. How long is the lead time?
A: It takes about 15-20 days after sample confirmed and deposit received.

Q4. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before shipment. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q5. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, express delivery for samples.

Q6. What is your sample policy?
A: Yes, we can produce by your real samples or technical drawings. We can build new molds. 2 pieces are free of charge, customers just need to pay the postage.

Q7. Can I check quality of goods before delivery?
A: Yes, either you or your company colleagues, or a third party is welcome to our factory to do the inspection before delivery.
