Q1. Are you a direct manufacturer and exporter from China?
A: Yes, we are. We are the local OEM & ODM manufacturer, have our own factory and International Trade Department.

Q2. Where is your factory?
A: Our factory locates in Yixing city, Jiangsu Province, China. It takes about 2 hours by speed train or 1.5 hours by car. Welcome to visit our factory anytime.

Q3. How can I pay you?
A: For mass production goods, you need to pay 50% deposit before production and 50% balance upon shipment. The most common way to pay us is by T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram.

Q4. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, express delivery for samples.

Q5. How to control the quality?
A: With auto leakage testing machine, leakage rate is 3‰ in general. (we will try our best to be 1‰)

Q6. What is your after-sales?
A: International standard is 3‰ . If exceeds this and our responsibility, we'll make the best compensation solution.

Q7. Can I check quality of goods before delivery?
A: Yes, either you or your company colleagues, or a third party is welcome to our factory to do the inspection before delivery.
